This can include referral for gynaecological surgery, PCOS, incontinence, painful periods, vaginal prolapse and many other concerns. Dr Brooke O’Brien is highly experienced in gynaecology and women’s health and is focussed on quality, patient-centered care.
Dr Brooke O’Brien is also a Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecologist (PAG), so children and teens up to 18 years may be referred to see her for menstrual problems and management, perineal trauma, congenital surgical abnormalities of the vagina and uterus or other conditions and concerns related to female reproductive organs and health.
A referral is required from your GP or other specialist Doctor to see Dr Brooke O’Brien at Nurture Gynaecology. Having a referral letter allows us to coordinate your care and provides useful information regarding your medical history and further details of the concern we will be seeing you for at our practice. A referral also allows you to receive a rebate from Medicare where applicable.
