New Patients for Dr Brooke O'Brien - To schedule an appointment, please have your GP send us a referral firstly. Once received (along with the Online registration forms, located below) our office will assess the referral and contact you regarding an appointment.

New Patients for our womens health GP's - Please call (07) 3472 9108 to discuss your needs. You do not need a referral for our women's health GP doctors.
